CAS Birthday

It is really a long time since I made a card.
I have been in a sort of "fog" for a long time now
and have not had the inspiration to do anything creative.
Well, I have been knitting. That's all.

But yesterday I made a simple birthday card.

in verschiedenen Ländern mitmacht.
Ok. Ich habe Deutsch gewählt,
weil der Bibelspruch auf Deutsch ist.

Für mein Kärtchen habe ich verwendet:
"Papeteria" A6 Doppelkarte, weiss;
Weisses Papier + ein Rest Gemustertes (Bringmann);
Spruch aus der Bibel (Klagelieder 3,24);
Stempel: "Fuglekvitter" (Papirdesign, Norwegen);
Die: Spellbinders;
Caran D'Ache Aquarellstifte;
Distress ink, braun.

Hug the Dog

I have made another card
with one of the beautiful images from Beccy's "Dog Tales Set".
This time I also cut the head of the dog
from a second copy and layered it
upon the first one with 3D pads.
(I hope my English is good enough to explain what I mean.)
The sentiment is also from the same set.
I tried to make the card rather "masculine",
without any embellishments.

I used:
"Papeteria" A6 double card chamois;
Chamois (vanilla) cardstock for the mat;
Green and white scrap papers;
Image and sentiment: Beccy;
Embossing folder: Cuttlebug;
Die: Spellbinders;
Brown distress ink.

Over at Mrs A's Butterfly Challenge
this week's challenge is: to use
"Paper piercing and /or the colour Fern".

Ellie and Tippy II

Here is another card with this beautiful image from Beccy.
Also the sentiment comes from her.
Both digital stamps are on the "Ellie Set".

I used:
"Papeteria" A6 double card, white;
Paper: "Secret Rose" (Craft Sensation);
White scrap paper;
Sentiment and image: Beccy's Place;
Dies: Nellie's multiframe, Spellbinders (heart);

Spring flowers

Yesterday I made a card, which I want to call a "therapy card".
I was rather upset and needed to calm down.
So I took my brown distress ink and
made like small children do when they draw.
I had no aim.
After a while, I thought I would try to
make something out of that brown mess.
And here it is, my "therapy card", lol.
It ended up as a spring card.

I used:
"Papeteria" double card A6, chamois;
Chamois paper for the mat;
Scrap papers: yellow, green, white, brown and blue;
Dies: "Ivy" (Cottage Cutz), Flower pot (Marianne Design),
Punch: Tiny flower (EK Success);
Brown distress ink;
Pens: white, brown, green and light green;
Glitter glue "gold".

Ellie and Tippy

At first I want to say welcome to my new followers,
Ellie and Swaantje.
You have been following for a while,
but I have not given you a welcome until now.
I am so happy you joined my blog.
It is funny that this adorable pre coloured image,
which I won at Beccy's Place last autumn,
also is called Ellie.

For this card I used:
"Papeteria" A6 double card, white;
Paper: Bringmann "Folia";
Image: Ellie and Tippy (Beccy);
Sentiment: From the Ellie Set (Beccy);
Dies: Nellie's Multiframes;
Punch: EK Success;
Scrap papers: white, pink and violet;
Green distress ink and pen;
Rhine stones.

Today I finished another children's cowl,
this time in two shades of blue.

I dared to start my own Etsy shop.
Till now I have only some of my knit work there,
but later on I think I will show some cards too.

If some of my followers want to take a look,

CAS Wine Bottle Tag

Today I have used this die from Marianne Design for the first time.
I bought it some time ago,
but I did not have the inspiration to use it till now.
With this grape image from Beccy,
I think it will look great on a bottle.
This is really clean and simple.
I only used a marbled card stock,
the grape image from Beccy
and brown distress ink for the edges.
On the back side there is enough place to write a greeting.

Birthday card

During the last month
I did not have much inspiration for making cards.
But now I am back again,
and I start with this darling image from Beccy.

I used:
"Papeteria" double card square, chamois;
Paper: "Garden Party" from Dovercraft;
Brown, white and pink scrap papers;
Embossing folder:  Happy Birthday (Cuttlebug);
Die: Unknown;
Image, free hand cut: Beagle (Beccy's Place);

Longing for spring

I did not made many cards till now this year.
Lack of inspiration!
We have had and still have a very cold winter,
and I am longing for spring!!!!
As I was young, I loved winter!
But now, well .......
I think this says more about my age than about the weather.
So to give myself a little feeling of spring,
I made this card.

I used:
"Papeteria" A6 double card, cream;
Marbled craft stock for the mat;
A stripe of dotted green paper from Bringmann;
Scrap papers: dark green, light green and cream;
Dies: Cottage Cutz "Ivy" (with my Cuttlebug);

Cuttlebug Mania is back after the Christmas break,
and our first challenge this year is: "Winter Wonderland".
We want you to make a project showing winter:
Nature, snow, ice, winter sports and so on.
Please take a look at our page
to se what the talented DT ladies have made.
As always there is also a great prize to win.
You have got two weeks to join in.

For my DT card I used:

Cream and brown marbled card stock;
Stamp: Unknown

I added a little bit of silver glitter glue on and around the trees.

Jeg ønsker å delta her:
